How the Mentorship Works
What's Included
The mentorship runs over four months and opens with two full days inside the Vine Medical clinic, working alongside Dr. Ferree with real patients navigating autonomic dysregulation, refractory chronic illness, and cases that have already "done everything." From there, you move into weekly one-on-one virtual sessions for the first month, followed by monthly sessions for the remainder of the program to keep your cases moving forward as your practice evolves.
Every session is scheduled around your calendar and built around the patients you actually bring, not a fixed curriculum.
How the Sessions Work
These sessions function as working rounds rather than lectures, built around one or two active cases you bring, what you've already tried, and where your thinking feels stuck or circular, with Dr. Ferree helping you find the blind spot, simplify what you're over-engineering, or go deeper where you're skimming the surface.
If there's a specific topic you want covered, such as autonomic, mitochondrial, neuroimmune, or hormonal overlays, you can request it in advance so time is protected to teach it properly.
